PART 1: Common Sports Injuries

This lecture will start off the series with an overview of the common injuries we see in sport, both from my experience and from the available literature. We will not only discuss the literature but also how it should be interpreted.

PART 2: Owner Management

Competitive owners are a whole different ball game, we will discuss how to communicate with them and work together with them to achieve a successful diagnosis and outcome for their athletes and partners.

PART 3: Pre-Sport Assessment

We will discuss general fitness plans and conditioning, as well as sports specific exercises that can be performed to ensure optimal function, soundness and strength to reduce the risks of injury.
