FAQ

How do I upgrade to become a member on more than one platform?

You will be able to upgrade to a Dual (Small Animal and Hydro) or a Multi-membership (Small Animal, Equine and Hydro) at any time. If you are currently paying for your membership on a monthly basis, you can sign up for the new membership package of your choice hereOnce you have signed up for the new membership package, please email us at webdesign@onlinepethealth.com  and we will cancel your old single membership.

If you are an annual member, we will be happy to assist you to make the transition – please email us at webdesign@onlinepethealth.com or info@onlinepethealth.com.

Are the Webinars all CE accredited?

Our webinars are accredited with the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC) for 1 point per webinar (1 hour long). SAVC is widely recognised but you will have to check with your country’s council to see if these points are accepted.
Series are additionally accredited with RACE for 4 CE points.
Certificates for the webinars can be downloaded on the membership portal once you have finished watching the webinar live or as a recording.

Are SAVC points recognised in my country?

SAVC (The South African Veterinary Council) is widely recognised but you will have to check with your country’s council to see if these points are accepted.
For our American members SAVC is not recognised but our Webinar series and our annual VetRehabSummit is RACE approved.
Certificates for the webinars can be downloaded on the membership portal once you have finished watching the webinar live or as a recording.

How do I get my CE certificates?

You can download these from the members portal once you have watched the webinar either live or as a recording.

Can I get CE certificates for recordings?

Yes, the majority of the recordings are CE registered. You can download the certificate once you have watched the recording.

How do I register for a webinar I'd like to attend?
If you are a member you will be automatically registered for all live webinars. You can purchase individual webinars if you are not a member. After making the purchase you will be directed to a page where you will be able to register. Navigate to the “All Webinars” menu at the top of the page and choose your webinar.
What happens if I cannot attend the live webinars? It's in the middle of the night where I live

We offer all the live webinars as recordings on our members platforms. The whole benefit of Onlinepethealth is that you do your learning when it’s convenient for you. Most of our members actually don’t attend live. You can still ask questions if you watch the recording by emailing us at info@onlinepethealth.com, and we will pass your questions on to the lecturer.

If you book a PAYG (Pay-as-you-go) webinar you will have access to the recording for two weeks after the aired date.

If I become a member how do the payments work?

All payments are made through PayPal as monthly or annual direct debit orders. You will be able to cancel your payments at any time by emailing us at info@onlinepethealth.com.

What happens if I don't feel the membership is for me?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked, so if you feel that this platform is not for you, let us know at info@onlinepethealth.com within the first 30 days of your membership and we will gladly refund you.

You can cancel your membership at any time, and will have access to the platform for 30 days after your last payment.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any point by contacting us at info@onlinepethealth.com. You will be able to access the live webinars and member’s portal for 30 days after your last payment.

Can I share my login details with someone else?

Sharing your login details is against our terms of service. You will only be able to log in from a limited number of IP addresses before being blocked from the membership platform.

Do you offer corporate memberships for practices?

Yes we do! Please email info@onlinepethealth.com with your requirements, and we will cater a corporate package to your needs.

I am having problems logging in.

If you have forgotten your username or password, please email info@onlinepethealth.com to have your welcome email sent again.
If you have the correct login details and still cannot access the members portal, please email webdesign@onlinepethealth.com.

I don't have access to all of the content on the membership website?

You will only have access to the content on the platform that you are a member of, for example a Small Animal member will not have access to hydro or equine content. Only dual or multi members will have access to more than one platform.
